Tracey Rose
Tracey Rose has been tattooing professionally since 2000 following a traditional apprenticeship. Having worked to carve a niche for herself in the local tattoo community, Tracey has won many awards for her tattoo work at conventions throughout the US and had been featured in tattoo magazines long before social media was even a thing. Over the years Tracey gained an incredible reputation for providing solid work coupled with a warm and friendly attitude. She believes the tattoo experience stays with you just as long as the tattoo itself, and that a good experience is equally as important as a good tattoo. Tracey strives to create a safe, inclusive, and personal setting for each client - and because of this she has had some of the same clients for over 20+ years.
Tracey has mastered many tattoo styles and as a result her work is quite varied, however she truly enjoys tattooing pieces with a nod to ‘American Traditional’ - as she calls it ‘Pop-Trad’, which is her own spin on the old classics. Tracey also has a very steady hand for some incredible linework, and enjoys tattooing fineline blackwork designs as well as soft black and gray pieces. Tracey loves designs that incorporate women, ‘lady head tattoos’ as they’re sometimes referred, and as an avid animal lover, she truly enjoys tattooing illustrative pet portraits. Tracey is a very versatile artist - which is why people usually don’t just collect one piece from her, but come back for many more!
Above all, Tracey takes great pride in aiding individuals in empowering themselves; to take ownership of their bodies and express themselves however they see fit, paying particular attention to how each design will compliment each individual body - as well as providing the perfect setting for each client to feel comfortable and heard.
